So you mean you couldn't open the file, as opposed to downloading it. Because there is a pretty big difference.

1st i download the file but it not in folder...
i try to open it..
but popup show up and say open with....
so i think that i cant download the file...
but hitman has help me...

Its in a .Zip file.
Go to http://rarlab.com/rar/wrar380.exe and download and run 'Rar-Lab', then "Open With" RAR-Lab

To be clear, the link on the main page does not work but the link on the download page does.
