i already upgrade my .netFrameWork to 3.5 and still doesn't work, it says "this application has failed to start because d3dx9_23.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." then another error it says "could not inject dll" and mat automatically closed. i download again the noobmat.rar but still the same.
