Memory Hacking Software

I'm going into the Air Force pretty soon, after high school. Which is only in a few short months. I want to go for computer networking/programming and would like to know some beginning guides/tuts on how to use some basic programming languages, such as C++ or C# I have the programs, just don't now how to use them :l any help would be appreciated greatly thanks a lot.
