Ask a question on the board, get an answer on the board.
Specifically:
#1: No one wants to add people he or she does not know to his or her personal e-mail.
#2: No one wants to give an answer that only one person can read. Answers on the board can be seen by all, which means one person may end up helping many.
What is your question about port-forwarding?
Before you try, you need to own the actual modem. If it is not yours you can not mess with it.
