Hey what could be the best site to learn asm from??

Btw is Fasm a good assembler?

It's what I'm going to use.
I must read the MHS help file before asking questions.

Read the intel docs. FASM is fine.

http://www.intel.com/products/processor/manuals/
Read the two manuals regarding instruction sets. Ignore the SSE if you want.
