Why would you want to make a trainer in VB ??
I would recommend you use C++ above VB any day.

But then again, why write a trainer in C++, when LSS has the same functionality
AND we can use all of the MHS features..
so you don't have to go and write your own stuff anymore.

I was also under the impression that a trainer maker for MHS was planned
(but probably not a priority now L.Spiro is working on implementing codecoverage).

For what it is worth, LSS is so close to C, if you write the trainer in LSS first,
you will probably be halfway to learning how to do it in Visual C++ later on for a standalone version
(I guess that is what you want to do).

just my 5ct

Most of the Trainers porgrammed on Vb are generally detected by Anti hack systems such as GG Xtrap Punk buster.Like mezzo says C++ is a better choice.

the calculator compiled for loa.. does not acces game memory is just a simple calculator that is why is made in Vb.. but for trainer purpose is way better to go with higher tools.

i would encourage the way of not writing your own stuff, but analysing others code.
i did that.
i just searched up a whole mess of code, and figured out myself what each thing did, with this i made some code.

if it is in C++, then memory editing examples would be nice. as well as some basic stuff.

C++ ? I'm a noob in C++ :cry:

More I greatly recommend you to see frist the code of CE.
CE = Cheat Engine, is one memory editing soft, like the MHS.
This is Open Source, u can Download the Code Here:
Code: Select all
http://www.cheatengine.org/downloads.php

I'm studing this code, and it is greatly.
The code are in Delphi and C++

Very old post, but since someone bumped it I might as well say that you can't code warrock trainers in VB anymore.
Kind of ironic huh? Cracking a patcher. Maybe if I get some free time, I'll patch this patcher and then make a patcher with this patcher to patch your patcher!

check out my colorful Thread ! - http://memoryhacking.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=6382

well I don't play warrock at all. and you can code them but they are detected depending how you make them.
