current value doesnt change?

I am trying to hack this rts game. I got the adress. When I try to change the value, only the locked value changes and the current value stays the same, and there for no changes are being made in the game.

I used cheat engine with hidetoolz and CE didnt get detected. But when I tried to change a value, my game crashed and I got banned.
What should I do?
