What is your Windows Version?
You are Running as Admin?
In Tools... Options... Kernerl... What is Checked?
And in Search Options, What is your range?

They probably added an anti-hack in the update.

But we (I) do need to know your system statistics, although I suspect this is not the problem since you have been using MHS for a while on the same machine.

If it was the new version of the game, then it is probably an anti-cheat as L. Spiro said.

But I understood that he had installed the latest version of the MHS.

Explain better, and tell the configurations. we need more information.

The newest version of MHS does not provide special anti-anti-cheat features not found in previous versions.
You are thinking about the next version of MHS.
