Search is not finding a value...

Postby Kookie » Mon Oct 19, 2009 12:09 pm

I must be doing something wrong... Using Tsearch, I searched for a 4byte exact value of 5 and got over 500,000 results. Using MHS, I searched for an exact value, long, of 5 and it says no results found.

I've tried several searches on different applications but it does not find anything and shows the "No results found" error instantly, there is no delay as if it were searching.

I'm sure I am making a silly mistake but I have yet to figure it out, could someone please help me?

Several things.
if youre running windows Vista/7. Run it as administrator (right click->Run as Administrator)
And what he said, disable the kernel mode options in the options dialog.

I finally realized I did not have the latest version of MHS, I upgraded and it's working fine now.

Thanks anyway. :)
