How do you manage to count the number of times a function is hit?

By keeping the breakpoint active and adding the total time sit is hit.

But how does it know when to break or continue?

When you set a breakpoint the action taken afterwards is defined by some other functions..you can choose to just continue after a certain condition is met..

It breaks by the same rules as a normal read or write breakpoint.

Continuing is done always for Auto-Hack purposes.
