question about hex numbers noob question :?:

I know that the hex numbers is based in the 0123456789ABCDEF so I used a hex conversor to convert like 340 to hex that is 154. Until there its ok but, when i look to the table of numbers in the hex editor i see the rows and coluns made of 2 digits, how can I find the decimal number 340 for example that is 154 in hex in the table that have only 2 digits :?:
