Floating port not supported?

So,when ever i close/open process/try to open script editor,options,hex editor,ANYTHING in MHS that error pops up,it happened all of a sudden and i cant seem to know why,i downloaded every possible patch from microsoft.com for runtime library's error,still having it,suggestions plx qq

already updated it to 3.5 last version,and no i wont agree to ur 1st suggestion kiddo,rather fuck a goat than do it.

Upgrade service packs or roll back.
This is not an MHS error. You can find information on this error via Google.

I used every fix from google,registry,patches,.net updates,none worked,ima just format my PC and get over it,need it anyway :oops:
