Inject Code Error?

Hello, I was following this tutorial

but when I attempt to inject the code I get the error
Invalid target address unable to NOP overwritten instructions. The same thing happens on the other games that I have tried. Any suggestions?

Ensure that the address is valid within the target process.
Ensure you can write to it.
If you can not write to it, use the File/Properties window to modify the properties of the address you want to modify to full access.
