ok idk maybe im thinking something totally wrong but here goes again:
im playing a game and i found a value i needed for movement speed for example. i right clicked and find wat other adresses interact with this adress but i dont understand how to read wat comes up. its just like a list of numbers and certain ones are highlighted and stuff.

no offense, but I think you are in way over your head..
Think you would be better off getting an assembler book/guide and trying to understand the instructions you are seeing...

The lower-left corner of the window explains what the expressions do.
But since you have no concept of what ASM even is, you might do well to follow the advice of mezzo.
