Anyway to get the open in MHS Hex Editor as an option when you Right-Click on a file.

I think you mean right click. This would require MHS to have a shell integration feature.

You'd have to request the feature. It's really easy to do though. Just add a few registry strings and you're done.

It is possible, easy, and I have considered it, but I have not done it yet because that would be a very easy way to detect if MHS is installed on your machine (anti-cheats would have a field day).

I have only considered adding it as a hard-to-find secret option so that very few would ever use it. And since only few would ever use it I have been putting it off, but I can add it.
