depends, ip bans are kinda a hasel so many wont do it unless the offense they caught you doing was really big. Normally they just ban your id's so.

yep. Usuallt they ban your whole range= all your ISP's IP's
so use proxy to play again

all you do is take the [] looking like symbols copy+paste them into the char name and your done
