RYL2 Coordinates teleport

Postby logitech » Sat Sep 19, 2009 10:54 am

Hello guys, i have been trying to locate and edit the coordinates...So far i have search for both "float" and "4 bytes" for the coordinates. I came close to get results using "float", i first search for my X coordinates then my Y coordinate i get some results but when i edit them i dont teleport....any one can give me a hand on finding the correct address and teleport to them?

Try using a GM Hack on one of the servers to aid you with finding it.

Teleport to X(1) Y(1) Z(1)
Search unknown value (With same as original allowed)
Teleport to X(2) Y(2) Z(2)
Search different than before
Don't move at all
Search same as before
Teleport to X(1) Y(1) Z(1)
Search different than before
Don't move at all
Search same as original
Repeat.

Once you find the addresses you should be able to figure out how to make it work with the coordinates on your minimap. I haven't personally tried it, but I may look into it tonight since I haven't played RYL in ages.

man, after u ask it, I searched for it too and also got a result.
I'll explain:

1. Search for Float, Unknown
2. Now, in RYL, u look your coordinate X and Y (xxxx, yyyy)
3.Make your X and Y increases (example: im at 1,1 .. I walk and it increases for 2,2)
4. Search for Increased
5. Walk more and again: Increased
6. Walk back and search for Decreased
7. (well, if u coordinate increases, u search for increased, if down, decreased)
8. Repeat as necessary.
9. When I have about 30 adresses I stop.
10. Now I put in the right window all the adresses with current value starting with my coordinates... ( oO ?? )
10.example: my coordinate is: 1141, 2036
I put in the right window adresses that starts with 1141 or 2036..
ex: 1141054.25
other ex: 1141454.14
more ex: 2036002
n more: 2036112.21
11. Well, my right window has many adresses now OO
12. Try 1 by 1 puting other coordinates and Locking. Only 2 of these adresses will teleport you. (1 of starting with 1141 (x) and other that starts with 2036 (y).
13. According to my example:
1141054.25 I change for 2141054.25 ... My X will be 2141
2036112.21 I change for 2892112.21 ... My Y will be 2892
Only the 4 first numbers is your coordinate.

I still trying to make a pointer for it.
If someone can help-me, tell about it here ;d

ps: sorry for my bad english, im brazilian uu

grrr disappointed!!! i have tried for many hours with no results yet...i cant use GM hack for trying to teleport cuz i only get 5 mins to find the address(i get auto DC).....i m trying to find it in the server i play (no gm hack available) but no results......so far i have tried searching for both "float" and "4 byte" i get millions and millions of address, i was able to narrow it down to 50 address....but none are close the my coordinates numbers....i will keep trying anyway :-(

I'll look into this later today or tomorrow and see if I can find some pointers and provide some help in here.

Still working on it so expect this post to be updated (unless there is a lot of posts after I make it in which case I'll make a new post). So far I've done a few tests with simply searching for the coordinates on the minimap using Float, Unknown and moving to search increased/decreased.

After repeating the steps that are detailed more in Cheat4Life's post, I ended up with the same results he posted on number 13 in his list.

For my coordinate location (X, Y) of X the minimap showed 2666, the Found Addresses had 10 similar numbers.
9 of these addresses held 266686.78125
1 of these addresses held 266687.9375

For my coordinate location (X, Y) of Y the minimap showed 2395, the Found Addresses had 10 similar numbers.
8 of these addresses held 239571.0625
2 of these addresses held 239540.359375

I'm getting some pretty interesting results so far. I haven't gotten into the pointer work yet, but I am able to make my model show up (somewhat flickering) at the locked location/axis of certain addresses. Basically, I'm running around wherever I want to while my character model mimics what I'm doing, but staying in one place or on the particular coordinate line I desire. Sounds perfect for an archer/gunner in my opinion. have your "model" hang around an open spot and wait for someone to go for it when you destroy them. I'll get some screenshots up tomorrow, though I imagine someone else will by then.

toffey...were you able to teleport to a different location by editing the address?

EDITED:

i was able to find the x,y coordinates address, but when i freezen then it doesnt work...sometimes when i get hit or i hit a mob i get teleported to by frozen locations...not intended...what i wanted was to change my coordinates and tp to them.....

I've gotten the addresses to work. Out of all of the results for each coordinate (X and Y) only one of them with actually lock the location. From my testing, the rest of the results do the following:
- Control the location of your character model
- Control the location of your item/weapon models
- Lock the coordinate occassionally
- Nothing noticable

If you only lock a single coordinate, X for example, it will still allow you to move but only along that coordinate of the X axis. Locking both will keep you in a single location or teleport you to the location of the value when locked, when you lock it.

I'm still working on finding the pointers. Thought I made some headway today, but seems that I hadn't quite found it. If anybody finds a pointer or makes some progress towards it post it here please.

Edit:
Cheat4Life, are you sure that your results showed up like this 1141054.25? All of my results have the coordinates I have, ex: 1141, followed by 2 digits and then the decimals, ex: 114129.74523.

If it is actually just 2 digits after then it should make searching a bit easier. I am able to get my results a lot faster now by searching by my coordinates in the following way:
1. X Coordinate is: 3267
2. Search: Float, Range: 326600 to 326800
3. Move character
4. Search: Increased/Decreased depending on if coordinates went up or down.
5. (Dont move) Search: Same as before.
6. Repeat if necessary, but I usually have my results by now.

My classes start again tomorrow so when I get back home I'll try the pointers again.
