here are some hacks worth looking for:
*teleport
*jump
*speed
accuracy
recoil
others really ruin the game.
The hacks with a * mean it is less likely to be server-sided

recoil may work, but the problem is: the rooms are peer to peer. there isn't a server host.
btw. no recoil is easy to find. just keep switching weapons with a larger or smaller crosshair ^^. ( increased - decreased you know the circle :p )

i know, but the recoil may be a saved animation + weapon settings on the server, so it is very likely that it is server-sided

If it is server sided. A method to hack is PACKET EDITING.
Try WPE Pro (detected by most Anti-Cheats). Or you may check out the tutorial on how to make one with mhs here in the forums.
Packet Editing is my favourite hacking method. It does not need you to open engines, RAM editors, DLL Injectors every time. Packet Editing FTW!!!

Learn some C++ and make your own .DLL?
