Memory Hacking Software

I am playing cabal EU version and i bypass gameguard. But when i want to use MHS to open the cabalmain.exe i get an error "Unable to open process" and when i try to open it in restriction mode then i get a blue screen...

I can use Cheat Engine, so why can't i use MHS.. Anyone any idea how to fix the error...?
