try using the AAC in MHS.

4 4 2 2 (anything) i think are the correct knob settings

WARNING THAT MAY GIVE YOU A BSOD

there are currently no public UCE's for that high of a version so you are out of luck if there isnt anything specific for CABAL.

BSOD = Blue Screen of Death
AAC = the Anti-Anti cheat settings in MHS-->See Tools-->Options

Read his post properly, he meant the 5th 1 can be set to any number...
