Running 2 clients without VMWARE

vmware is virtualisation software.
It allows you to run multiple OS's on one PC.

so you can run 2 virtual windows XP pc's on a real pc.
Each of those virtual windows can run a game.

It's a very roundabout way to run a program twice.. but it works.
(it's not very nice on the system resources though, as you are effectively running X+1 amount of MS windows copies on one pc).

Lots of RAM and multiple cpu cores are what you need to go that way.

Easier is to simply kill the mutex (see above)

A mutex is not the only way to find another instance of a program. FindWindow/CreateEvent and many other possible functions can be used to find an instance. Yes, API hooking is much easier.

oh man, cabal - havent played this in a while.

theres a bytehack i used to do that enabled multiclient.
i'll look over the exe and see if i cant find the pattern for you guys.
i used to run 4 bots in my systray lol.
