Stats are usually client sided, and the only speed hack I'm aware of that works is the one under Tools.

Client sided means, it will only appear changed to YOU, these adresses are in the game, they just are visual.

Alright, attach to Cabal, then go to Tools > Speed Hack

Thent that will open a window like this:
And then if you want to walk/cast spells twice as fast, change the top number to 2.

there isa way to actually change your stats on your account but that is punishable by law and you can get fined for it ...

Although the only bad thing about the speed hack is:

a) if you cast too many skills (around 30-50) you will get disconnected.
b) if you attack normal you miss almost every single hit ...
