How do some people have real god mode?

too old hacks boy !!! my hack is more special, unlike god mode, people will know. Me, i have the hack that, the damage to me received by attacker will decrease by half, 1/10 or whatever i set. So i still have like god mode but my health still decreases, people wont say me hacking
