Memory Hacking Software

I was wondering if anyone have some idea's for new hacks?
I would like to see if this is possible :

Invisible Hack
Shoot though walls
Enemy Teleporter (Teleport an enemy at a place where he/she get stuck so you can kill em)

Any more idea's out there?:P

Enemy teleporter that you were saying aint b6ooy release something like that before as i remember he make all enemy and allies stuck at a place and line up to let you shoot?

invisible: possible, exploit ghost wolf
shoot thru wall: will also shoot thru players, causing ur gun not to do damage
enemy teleporter: private, hard to make

I thought the invisible hack is just like Godmode?
Die and they'll never see you in game again.
I dunno but i think that's pretty much what it means.

invisible means u r there but they cant see u (can shoot u)

that's called godmode by freezing your animation
also have godmode by changing hp to 2 billion
