Hello,

I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused. A third party program is
something that is not made by Softnyx or Aeria Games, yet affects the gameplay
of Wolf Team. An example of this would be a hack pack that allows infinite
ammunition, the ability to fly, or the ability to teleport while playing Wolf
Team. Certain third party programs have been distributed to some of our player
base and as a result, those users have been banned. I hope this clears up any
confusion. Thank you and have a nice day.

Similar thing happened to me.

I was in this market on one MMORPG selling and buying things when a character claimed that he was a friend of my friend nicely offered his gears which i accepted gladly. Soon after, i got banned for receiving items from a suspiciously hacking ID. I played legit anyway...

Just be careful when you’re ‘talking’ to strangers, in MMO games...

You should've seen softnyx's reasons , you played 2 games , I haven't even created a character in wolfteam and got banned from wolfteam .
Based on my experience they 10000000000000% don't understand English and you always get answer thats not related to the question .
I kept rephrasing my questions and all their answers make no sense , those gm's are 18-19 years old .
And they make the most annoying thing which is changing the account password .
They love to ban people so much .
