Tapper Report ??

Hey guys.. just wondering ... if a tapper can be reported and how can someone report a tapper ?? thx

taking a movie of him tapping, ofcourse it could be lag, but if it really takes too long (7+ seconds) you can easily see hes tapping on a video.

Even if you have a good proof of a tapper , he won't get banned .
For example watch this video

It shows that they were hacking but they are not banned yet because softnyx doesn't log player position (flying) or HP .
All they do log is chat/wp/gp/wins .

but how the hell can they not believe a video?
vissekop is stupid anyway.
every time i kill him in junkfield with sniper he goes like 'you have wall hack' while he clearly has it. xd
