Just upload it in youtube, wait a little while for everything to be completly done, and there it is, the HD button is beside the volume control.

Obviously you have to record in HD.
Means (in FRAPS) FullSize, Low FPS.

Or just add &fmt=18 to the back of the youtube url to force high quality mode. Obviously it wont play back in higher quality then you recorded/exported in.
