Needs Some Ideas...

I wanna Upload some videos on my hacking but it took me years to upload them. Firstly i need to combine 3 videos into one, put in some songs, and i used window movie maker to do them, and it took me 1 freaking hour. So i try uploading 3 videos on mediafire straight away, but it took me more thn 2 to 3 hours.. Any ways to make it even faster to do the things i need to do?
