It says "State : Authenticating".

Means its in process, at least when you took the SS.

Did you wait for it to finish?

Of course i waited for 2mins and it keep staying there, i retried it and still the same.

I don't use that, so I don't know how long it should take. Try leaving it on overnight, let it go for a while and see if it gets past the authentication stage.

Doesn't work? It works fine to me.. I waited for it about 1~2 minutes often.

Try to restart HSS, it might works to you.

I don't see how you manage to get IP bans. Softnyx is stupid when it comes to banning hackers. Unless you fly around the map as a guardian they aren't going to notice you're hacking.

I use snipe-bot, 1 hit KO(for some reason no one cares when I 1 hit KO guardians), WP hack, and speed hack(occasionally, I use it in small bursts to find enemies on large maps)
