No offence but this so called 'ipresetter' is not a useful tool. It can be execute using using simple command like

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

or simply 'Repair' option in XP/Vista.

It only refresh your IP, it will NEVER change it.

That's why it's called "IP Resetter". I never said that it will reset ur IP 100%.
