ok guys im using a new comupter and it has this problem, when i start wolfteam it says i dun have directx 8.1, but i have directx9.

the second thing it says is i dont have a TnL capable video card, does this have something to do with my monitor?

Reinstall your directx? maybe it's not functioning properly.

no its working fine, i tested it, but i need to know, is Direct 3D needed? is it necessary?

i have the same prob everytime i reboot my pc... you need to install your video graphics card...or something...

LOL we didn't forget. It's just that it was a dekstop and it didn't came with a graphics card so we were supposed to buy it but we didn't really use it so we just left it as it is. Now we're trying to solve the problem, mostly reddy.

ok Nyx i dint "buy" this computer, it was my fathers, this is the one i used to make the Maple Story Private Server, and i like hacking, i love to hack, hacking rox.
and if my father/mother DID let me buy a desktop, i will be so happy i would be smiling all day.

Nyx, im not begging but if u were a generous guy, lol, u shud use ur money buy one for me mah,

next time i goto ur house u gimme lor,as my birthday present from u, lol if u do buy it, the computer is DELL PowerEdge SC420:), btw i am just joking ar, dun simply say argh. and sm1leykidd even if u could borrow me the disk, my com is different and it doesnt even have a graphics card. the other problem is that i dunno how does a graphic card look like. =.=

dude you need a grapihc card for almost everything.

if you don't know how it looks.

GOOGLE IT NOOB.
there are a lot of pictures on graphic cards.

Im betting it has an integrated Onboard graphics card.

Built into the motherboard, but very sucky.
