Memory Hacking Software

I noticed that Restricted Mode does not work on Windows 7 x64.
It's not AntiCheat related, 'coz it doesn't work on any process that I've tried.

Am I doing something wrong or it doesn't really work?

I swear thats my last topic on Win7 >:)
