this one starts without any problem whatsoever.
may I ask what the problem was ?

New MHS works fine without doing Xanatus's solution or copying L.Spiro's dll files. It opens MHS screen and cpu running at 0% usage, thumb up.

Yup, I can confirm this.. the issue with not starting, hanging, crashing or the one core that is at 100% is completely gone (at least on my comp).
