Suggestion in Banning

Why ? well, 1 noob person there really likes to spam.
Who is him ? its Duke.
How do i know is him ?
Well, L.spiro tell us that
He use TBD-Botak to spam in all topic and he use his real id ( Duke ) to say that TBD should stop spam, it's weird because he is saying at the same person xD
