I'm using MHS 4.0.0.11 on Vista x64 Business.
Simple problem: this search;

I do not have a 64-bit version of Windows Vista so I can not reproduce and test this problem. It is know to work on 32-bit machines.
However I can scan my code and look for anything that might not work on 64-bit machines.
