Cant open Process

I type Ctrl+P and the process opener comes up, Select what I want (Cabalmain.exe) and click ok and it says Process Failed Unable to Open Process. Can anyone tell me why I cant open it. (Never used this before and Im kinda new, Thanks.

What he meant to say was
1. Are you running under a priviledged user acount? NOT LIMITED.
2. or try enabling the kernel functionality..
3. Get a bypass.
