He means he has no 64-bit OS on any of his computers, and would need on for debugging etc...

Windows 7 has an open beta that you can download, both 32-bit and 64-bit. You can run it on a VM if you want, I had it running pretty smoothly on my laptop using VMware.

XP can run VMware if that is what you are asking. Both can be found quite easily using Google (An easy download for Windows 7 64-bit is on Fileplanet). I would post links but iPhones don't allow for copy/paste, at least not in a simple way.
