It should be a protection employed by the game, and without the game I would not know the details or how to fix it.
If MHS becomes unattached from the process it automatically attaches again when the process is available next. If it can’t attach on its own, you would also not be able to attach manually.
It sounds as though the game makes a new process each time it loads a new map. This would be easy for the game makers to set up so it is mist likely the case.
With a new process your injections would be gone and it would not be able to auto-attach if the process name changed.
You can fix this by writing scripts to look for this change, however, and automatically attaching and injecting.
