[Sgst] HexEditor: New tabs for Pointer addresses.

The idea is if we right-click on a highlighted address as a pointer, then there is an option to open
the address pointed by the pointer in new tab. The address will be the ‘From Number’ (beginning
address) in the new tab.

This, i think, will be useful if we found a sub data-structure within the current one we are viewing,
and we like to explore that sub data structure...
