Dock the helper window to the left.

It does not try to dock, I can move the 'helper' around as I wish and nothing tries to trap it. Also there seems to be a missing listview window in the hex editor itself. When I open Hex Editor it appears exactly how it is shown in the screen shot.

(Edit: Perhaps this is another issue with Win2K, I made a post previously about an error concerning Kernel32 that haulted start-up, one that you addressed and fixed, but could this be related?)

This would be related to Windows® 2000; it can not happen on Windows® XP® or Windows® Vista®.

Without the operating system or an error report from you I can not solve this problem.

If you would like, you can give me instructions on how to retrieve the information you need to fix this.

This really isnt a problem for me, but if you are wanting to fix the issue I'd be glad to help you to the best of my power.
