MHS creates no virus warnings. The problem you have is unrelated to MHS.
However I can not confirm as to whether or not MHS uses a DLL with that name since all custom DLL’s used by MHS are given random names (depending on which version you have). However it is guaranteed that MHS does not mess with your System32 directory except by reading some files (again depending on your version). If kdbg*.dll resides in that directory and was loaded by MHS, then it is being set to inject into all processes upon start-up and this would be caused by an existing virus.
A flickering GUI and virus threat is a sign of some other problems existing on your computer before the “installation” of MHS.
