Blue screen MHS 4.0.0.15

Hello,

There is a bug with your new mhs L.Spiro
I can't attach any process to mhs. I get a blus screen and it's the same if i disable "custom fonction for reading" and "custom fonction for writting".
I use xp sp2 and i have a dual core.

blue screen:
0x0000008E (xC000001D5,0x8055C0A6,0xAE716B3C,0x00000000)

It is possible but rare. For now you have to deal with it but I will patch it as soon as possible.

Ya, I've been getting the same problem on 4.0.0.15 & 4.0.0.16. The moment I open a process it blue screens.
