Scrollbar bug in Script Editor, Functions window

PROBLEM:
If you drag the description tab to the right so its bigger and u can read whats written, the scrollbar doesnt grow with the viewable text. you must hold ur mouse down on the arrow to move the text so u can read whats to the right. if u scroll back to the left to read it again or the next line... u cannot scroll back to the right and must hold the arrow down again. its slow and annoying.

FIX:
Resize the Functions window (make it wider/skinnier), then the scrollbar will get all tiny like it's supposed to be and you can scroll to the right.

this is a tiny bug, not high on the fix me scale lol. just thought i would mention it.

The described bug does not happen to me. The scrollbar covers the full length of the header(s).

That is not the behavior you want? You don’t like clicking the arrow?

ok maybe this video will better show it. In this one there isn't even a scrollbar until i change the window size.

The scrollbar doesn't disappear when its docked. Instead, it doesn't change size until you resize the window.

I already saw it in your first post.
That is undesired? Why would you want a scrollbar anyway? Where is the challenge? You could be a famous architect someday because long ago you overcame the challenge of the Functions toolbar window. Or find the cures for HIV/cancer.
