Memory Hacking Software

Every time I target my process, I click the drop-down Tools box and I open the speed hack, It asks me what fraction of speed I would like to increase/decrease to. So say I put in 2/1, and click Okay. Brings up an error box saying, "Unable to apply speed hack."

I am running Windows Vista Premium, not sure if that matters. Anyone know what the deal is? Oo
