how do you know the speed hacking?

1. Although this game has been closed, but i like the ARES.
I have some questions for the speed hacking.
How did you know the atack speed value 182 and 213 ? not 183,184 ,214,215 ?
moving speed the value 128 and 153 ? Not any other?

2. I want to share my Repent private servers ( working ok ),including the server files ,SQL DB files ,Client File. and Operation guide to anybody . where i can upload these file ?

I dont know, just split the files in seperate .rar or .zip files with WinRar or something?

the Repent VM files is too large . so i Release the Server files and Client files and DEV tools
