I need a KLoA account

I was just wandering around the internets as usual and happened to stumble upon a video of Legend of Ares, then the nostalgia hit me ^^
Immediately i googled to see if there was a way to play KLoA, i found a link tutorial on how to make a korean account and after i spent several hours on it i just couldn't figure out the last bits.
SO my question is: Would anyone be nice enough to help me create an account OR even make one for me.
