Korean LoA; translations

Okay, just a quicky.. I wouldn't imagine many people would be around here anymore to help me out..

But I'm having my millionth crack at trying to register an account with mgame.
I've got myself a KSSN.. I've entered all these details and such; now my only problem is that when I click Okay down the bottom of the page, this korean writing comes up.. I translate it.. and it says "Please click the OK button to duplicate."

I really have no idea what this means; everytime I clikc the OK button the message just comes up again, and again. >.<

Any help would be great.

Can't help you with this one .look like there ain't any Korean here! oh you should try game-killer lot korean people hang out there! Toady is 22th? Rapture day had passed! I don't believe this crap anyway!

You do not need just a KSSN , You need to confirm your KSSN with a korean's phone number.
I have made few accounts with randomly KSSN's but still cant play without confirming.

You can opt to either confirm it with a mobile number or an email address.
It's okay though, I've got an account.
