Can't Start Game

I installed Korean LoA, have an account, but I can't start the game. First off, i'm using Internet Explorer 8 and I've installed all the active X controls and crap they make me install. (For some reason, whenever I log into the main site it takes me back to the active x control page and does something with a gray box in korean lettering and freezing IE for a couple minutes). Then it takes me back to the main page.

I click Game Start, and I get this pop up



then if I click the colored link in it, it brings me here (note that the big button at the bottom just closes the pop up window, not helping at all)



any ideas?

The account that was created must be made for 14 years or younger. You then have to login with that account on the legend of ares game page. click "Game start" while using internet explorer and the client will then automatically start downloading. You will then get the game installed, it will then launch normally installing updates.
