I was talking with one of my friends about LoA, because I miss the game extremely, and he tells me it's for sale. I'm all like "lol no."
but he sends me this email from Netgame

Dear Jonathan,

This includes:
PHP website script
Server files that are used to transfer data between the PHP script
Payment gateway to buy points for the game.
LoA copyright information signover papers.
Player database with login/password hashed in SHA-1.
LoA originally shutdown due to lack of funding for server resources, but we do guarantee there would be
some players that would return to the game if they would know it came back, That's up to you to get advertising.

2) Your payment method (e.x bank account, credit card)
3) Preffered method of receieving this data (e.x mailed flash drive, DVD, etc.)

You can ask if a monthly payment is possible or take a loan. Then you can set up cash up and make money to repay your loan or pay the company. Also, is that 160k for a lifetime license? or a couple of years?

I doubt you can even tie your shoes, let alone make an informed decision about what's true or not.
