Help me fix this shyt! When I go in Regional and Language options-Advanced and try to chose Chinese (PRC) I get this msg: "Setup was unable to install the chosen locale. Please contact your system Administrator".

yo yo yo hya guys anyone succeded to fix this crap ?????? when louncher is started i instaled all asian languages and have set unicode to chinese Prc but still cant i only can open options and when i click on right bottom button i get some message on chinese and when i click on left botom button i get send to some blue screen and some instal crap if anyone coud help woud be great thx
